Event Calendar Spring 2025
Students will receive event details as the event date approaches. Registration and attendance sign-in are typically mandatory for our events.
To receive attendance credit for UHP Group Events, please follow these guidelines:
- Photographic Documentation: Take a photo of yourself during the event.
- Event Form Submission: After attending the event, fill out and submit the Event Form via MineTracker to record your attendance.
These requirements are crucial for approval and documenting your participation in UHP Group Events during the specified semester.

Attendance Requirements:
To receive attendance credit for any Blackstone Events, please adhere to the following requirements
- Relevance and Impact: These events should be substantial impact in advances intellectually or academic development or professionally
- Photographic Documentation: Capture a group photo during the event
- Event Form Submission: After attending the event, complete and submit the Event Form to record your attendance
These requirements are essential for documenting your participation in Blackstone Events during the specified semester.
Attendance of Non-Calendar Events
Students are permitted to attend significant events on campus that are not listed on this calendar.
- Relevance and Impact: These events should be relevant to their academic fields or have a substantial impact on their personal and academic development.
- Photographic Record: A group photo of the attending honors students should be taken during the event.
- Event Form Submission: Following the event, students must complete and submit the event form to document their attendance.
